Hot Property is an A5 wide-pamphlet adventure for Mausritter featuring:
- A ready-to-run raid on an unexploded bomb.
- Illustrated maps of the Iron Fortress, and the Crater Lake surrounding it.
- A rapid timeline of events, ticking down to an explosive ending.
- A violent clash between two armies, with the players stuck in the middle. As time passes, reinforcements arrive and add more danger to encounters.

- Map printouts for your players to plan their strike, and scrape together an escape plan.
- Custom illustrated item cards of the loot your players bring back from the fortress's vault.
